Hours are reduced to two days a week (Tuesdays and Fridays) in order to reduce the potential exposure to COVID-19.The office is cleaned regularly and thoroughly between clients, though we ask that you cooperate by reducing the number of people you bring with you if at all possible (i.e. toddlers or preschoolers who are not being assessed or treated). If they must come with you, please bring items to occupy little hands, and all those who can wear masks we ask that you please do so. Video appointments are available as well with more flexible scheduling.
Important: Please review ALL of the following information prior to scheduling an appointment.
- Forms of Payment Accepted: HSA/FSA Cards, Cash, Credit, Check. A Super bill can be provided for those who wish to seek reimbursement from their health insurance providers. A sliding scale is available for recipients of SNAP and Medicaid.
- A credit card is required to book an appointment as no-show protection for the center. We are quite busy so anyone not showing up to their appointments is subject to a $50 missed appointment fee. Entering this card does not mean you will be charged automatically to this card at the completion of your appointment. You will have the option to save a card on file- please do so if you wish, as it will simplify the billing process.
- You may have a visiting professional attend to shadow your IBCLC during your appointment. You have the right to refuse an additional provider in the room. Verbal consent will be requested at the start of your appointment; please let your IBCLC know immediately if this is not something you are comfortable with.
